New Sun International Travel Group was founded in 2010 in Boston, and is one of the largest Chinese travel companies in the United States, with offices located in Boston and New York on the East Coast, Los Angeles on the West Coast, and branch offices in China: Shanghai, Nanjing, Fuzhou, Chengdu, Wuhan and Guangzhou.

New Sun is a member of National Tour Association (NTA) and of Greater Boston Convention & Visitors Bureau (GBCVB). New Sun International Travel, LLC, is a New York limited liability company formed on November 3, 2015 and is organized for the purpose of funding a tourism and transportation project. With a fleet of luxury vehicles, the company can accommodate various deluxe charter bus rental requests for any sizes, ranging from small private groups (family trips, specialized tours, etc.), corporate events (conventions, conferences, dinner transfers, etc.), to large tour groups (city-wide local tours, wedding shuttle services, interstate transfers, etc.).

The Company is located Flushing, New York, but the tours will be traveling across popular tourist locations on East Coast, mainly in New York, Boston, Washington D.C., Philadelphia, Harrisburg, Buffalo, Niagara Falls and/or any other destinations along the way.

For those customers who have a specific purpose to visit the United States, such as business investigations, student camps, university visitation, exhibition and wine tour etc., New Sun customizes personalized tours and service for them. Additionally, New Sun supplements its main revenue channels by leasing out extraneous buses at a given time to other bus companies or individuals. In any instance of bus leasing, New Sun’s vehicle must be staffed with its driver, which is a common practice in the transportation business, and also is preferred by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA).

New Sun International Travel, Inc. (“New Sun” or the “Company”) was established in June 2012 and granted operating authorities by the State of California on January 15, 2013. It is operating as a corporation based in Commerce, California, a city located in the southeast part of Los Angeles
County, thereby positioning the company to focus its business in the Southern California and Nevada areas.

The Company operates in the transportation and tourism industry, and provides diverse travel packages to individuals and groups, primarily from mainland China, for recreational, business and educational purposes. Additionally, New Sun ‘rent’ out its high-end buses and staff to other bus tour travel companies when capacity allows. Although based in Commerce, the Company’s tours traverse both the California and Nevada areas.

New Sun Limo LLC is a commercial enterprise formed as a California limited liability company on June 22, 2015. It is located within the City of Industry in the State of California, but the tours are at popular tourist locations in California, Nevada and Yellowstone National Park. New Sun Limo is distinguished from its sister company in the Los Angeles area, which is located in the city of Commerce, California, as well as its sister company in Boston. It focuses on high end tours for the wealthier Chinese tourists—luxury travel. This means luxury and comfort, individual custom services, and quality unique experiences.
